Using TubeMP4
You may use TubeMP4 only for lawful purposes and only for media you own, are licensed or authorized to save, that is in the public domain, or that you may otherwise lawfully download. You are responsible for evaluating rights, platform terms, and local law.
Accounts
TubeMP4 accounts and entitlements are exclusive to tubemp4.com. Keep credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Plans and billing
Paid subscriptions renew at the displayed interval until canceled. Prices, taxes, included usage, and effective dates are shown before checkout. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Lifetime access
A Lifetime purchase provides access to the core TubeMP4 consumer features included with that offer for as long as TubeMP4 operates those features. It is a one-time purchase, does not include Developer API plans or future products identified as separately priced, and remains subject to fair-use, security, legal, provider, and availability limits.
Refunds
Fees are non-refundable after purchase except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge is duplicated, unauthorized, or incorrect, contact support@tubemp4.com promptly. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not normally create a prorated refund for the current period.
Fair use of service resources
A plan without a normal daily cap may still be subject to security controls, concurrency limits, rate limits, and intervention against automation, resale, abuse, or activity that degrades the service for others.
Availability
Public sources and providers change. TubeMP4 does not guarantee that every URL, format, resolution, subtitle track, or processing job will remain available. We may modify or discontinue features for security, legal, provider, or operational reasons.
Disclaimer and liability
TubeMP4 is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for source-platform changes, lost local files, rights violations by users, indirect loss, or use outside these terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Operator, contact, and governing law
TubeMP4 is operated from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Questions may be sent through the Contact page or to support@tubemp4.com. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and disputes are subject to the courts of Hong Kong SAR, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
