What we collect
We may process account email and profile data, source URL, media title, requested format and quality, timestamps, IP-derived abuse identifiers, device or browser information, subscription identifiers, API usage, support messages, and security logs.
Media files
TubeMP4 is not designed as a permanent hosted media library. Download and render providers may process temporary working files to prepare delivery. Signed-in history stores source and request metadata, not a permanent copy of every downloaded file.
Why we process data
We use data to authenticate accounts, deliver requested files, enforce quotas, prevent abuse, provide history, support billing, operate APIs, diagnose failures, respond to support, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
Infrastructure, database, authentication, analytics, email, payment, media-processing, and security providers process limited data on our behalf. Stripe processes payment details; TubeMP4 does not store full card numbers.
Retention and choices
Password-reset tokens expire after one hour or first use. Signed-in download history remains available until you remove it, close your account, or an operational retention limit applies. Security and rate-limit records are retained only as operationally necessary, while billing records may be retained for accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations. You may clear device-local history, remove account history, revoke API keys, manage billing through Stripe, or contact us about an access or deletion request.
Security and international processing
We use access controls, hashed credentials and API keys, signed webhooks, and restricted server credentials. No online system is risk-free. Data may be processed where our providers operate, subject to available contractual and legal safeguards.
