Acceptable Use Policy
TubeMP4 may be used only for content you are authorized to download and for workflows permitted by applicable law.
Do not use TubeMP4 to
- infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
- bypass DRM, paywalls, authentication, geographic access, or technical restrictions;
- download private, stolen, exploitative, or unlawful material;
- distribute malware, scrape credentials, probe infrastructure, or evade rate limits;
- resell consumer plans, share API keys publicly, or run unapproved high-volume automation.
Enforcement
We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access, revoke API keys, preserve relevant security records, or cooperate with valid legal process when activity threatens users, providers, rights holders, or the service.
